Shakshuka with chicken hot dogs

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 eggs
  • 600 grams of spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 125 ml of whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • chilli flakes and salt
  • 520 grams of Zwan Chicken (Premium) Hotdogs sliced into chunks

Preparation

STEP 1
Chop the garlic finely. Fry it in a large frying pan with a dash of olive oil.

STEP 2
Add the spinach little by little, until it has completely wilted. Season the spinach to taste with cumin, chilli flakes and salt. Add the cream and mix.

STEP 3
Make four indentations in the spinach using a spoon. Crack an egg into each indentation.

STEP 4
Slice the chicken hot dogs into large chunks and place them around the eggs in the pan.

STEP 5
Put a lid on the pan. Poach the eggs and chicken hot dogs for 5-6 minutes.

STEP 6
Add some more chilli flakes and salt to taste. Very tasty with pita bread!
