Whole grain bun with Zwan’s Chicken Luncheon meat topped with tomato and cheese

Make this delicious grain bun with Luncheon Meat and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole grain buns
  • 8 slices of Zwan’s Beef Luncheon meat slices
  • 2 tablespoons oil or a chunk of butter
  • 8 slices of Gouda cheese
  • 8 slices of tomato
  • 1 big tomato
  • 8 leaf’s of lettuce

Preparation

STEP 1
Fry the slices of Luncheon meat in oil of butter.

STEP 2
Cut the buns in halves.

STEP 3
Crush the whole tomato and rub the halve buns in with the juices.

STEP 4
Put a slice tomato on top of each halve bun.

STEP 5
Heat the oven nice and warm, and put the buns in the oven.

STEP 6
Put the slices of Luncheon meat on an oven-tray.

STEP 7
Add a slice of tomato on top and also a slice of cheese.

STEP 8
Put in the oven as well.

STEP 9
Bake until the cheese is melted.

STEP 10
Take the buns out, cover them with a leaf of lettuce.

STEP 11
Add the luncheon meat on top and serve warm.

TIP
Also nice with garlic butter instead of tomato.
