Couscous salad with Chicken Luncheon Meat Olives

Ingredients

• 4 thick slices of Zwan’s Chicken Luncheon meat with olives, roughly chopped in cubes
• 200 grams of couscous (preference for large grains)
• 200 grams of cherry tomatoes
• 100 grams of feta cheese
• 100 grams of olives
• 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• Juice of 1 lemon
• ¼ bunch of basil

Preparation

STEP 1
Cook the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging.

STEP 2
Let the couscous cool down.

STEP 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and olives into small pieces.

STEP 4
Add the olive oil and lemon juice to the couscous and mix well​.

STEP 5
Add the tomatoes, feta cheese, olive rings and diced chicken luncheon meat with olives.

STEP 6
Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

STEP 7
Garnish with basil leaves and pumpkin seeds.
