Springrolls with Beef Luncheon Meat Hot & Spicy

Ingredients

• 1 pack of Rice papers
• 1 carrot
• 1 cucumber
• 100 grams of bean sprouts
• 1 mango
• 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon of sushi vinegar
• 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
• 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
• 200 grams of Zwan Luncheon Meat Hot&Spicy

Preparation

STEP 1
Chop the carrot, cucumber and mango into long, thin slices.

STEP 2
Mix the carrot, cucumber, bean sprouts, mango, sesame seeds, sesame oil and sushi vinegar in a mixing bowl.

STEP 3
Grab a bowl of warm water and place a rice paper in it. Let this slowly soften.
When it is completely soft, place the soft sheet of rice paper on a cutting board. Try to lay it as flat as possible without folds.

STEP 4
Add the salad on the middle of the rice paper and try to roll up the rice paper tightly just like an egg roll. Make sure it is nicely sealed on all sides. Repeat until the salad is completely finished.

STEP 5
Pour the soy sauce into a bowl. Dip the spring rolls in the soy sauce and enjoy.
